It’s been a while since the last time I’ve updated my blog. I know I’ve promised you that I would write about my travel destination after Taiwan and I want to apologize for not being able to follow through. I was knee-deep in everything that I was going through last year and could not keep up with all the demands of adulthood. Now I’ve finally got the time to go back to writing, I’ll go ahead and give you what’s long overdue but before that, let me start the year by providing a review about my experience flying with Japan Airlines for the first time. I was so joyous that I could hardly notice the cold. It was wintertime when we visited Taiwan and there was this chill in the breeze that made me feel air’s tight clasp. Our flight was originally scheduled last October of 2017 but due to ROC Taiwan‘s decision of deferring the visa exemptions for Filipino Nationals, We also had to postpone our trip. It was November of that same year when their visa policy was lifted and we were so lucky that I scored a very cheap fare for all of us to go to the land, which was previously known as Formosa, a beautiful island.
Few years ago, I made a promise to myself that I will go back to Singapore. As you may know from my previous post, I did not have an ample moment to explore The Lion City of Asia when I visited the country for the first time. I’m a man of my word and I know how to keep such pledge. It took me 3 years before I was able to go back and follow through on my promise.
They said there is always a first time for everything and everyone. In this article, we will be talking about the very first trip I’ve made outside the Philippines and it was really off the cuff to say the least. Got a stretched-thin budget, an unplanned itinerary, and a bad camera with me. It was as if I went to a war without enough ammunition.
